hi, I used to play this guild wars back in 2007 and I played for a long time, then I quit around 2009 and now I wanna come back to it, but now I dont remember what my account name was or my password, and I dont remember my NCsoft account name or anything so I dont know how I can get them to send me it.

would it help if I give them the access key inside the game box?
